For iPhone · coming soon

On-device dictation and a custom keyboard, coming to your iPhone

Dicta for iPhone installs as a keyboard, so it drops clean text into any app the moment you stop talking, with speech recognition and the AI rewrite both running on the device itself. English, German and French ship in the keyboard from day one. Mac ships at launch, with Windows and iPhone coming soon, one license across all three.

Not on the App Store yet, coming soon after Mac. Put your name down and pick iPhone so we can tell you the day it lands.

Who it's for

Built for iPhone users who don't want their voice leaving the phone

Tired of dictation keyboards that phone home?

Most iOS dictation keyboards stream your voice to a server to turn it into text. Dicta's keyboard and app are built to run speech recognition and the AI rewrite on the iPhone itself, so what you say never has to leave the device.

Want dictation everywhere, not just in one app?

Dicta installs as a system keyboard, so once it's set up it works anywhere iOS shows a keyboard: Messages, Notes, Mail, and any third-party app, no separate dictation app to switch into first.

Already using Dicta on Mac or Windows?

Mac ships at launch, with Windows and iPhone coming soon, one license across all three. Your custom vocabulary and per-app styles are planned to travel with you, so the tool feels the same on every device.

The promise

Native, local and yours, the same as on Mac and Windows

The keyboard covers English, German and French at launch, with more languages planned afterward. Dicta for iPhone is not on the App Store yet: App Store review and release are still ahead of us, and we would rather say that plainly than show you a screenshot of something that isn't shipping.

Native, not a wrapped web view

Built as a real iOS keyboard extension and app, not a website dressed up as one.

On-device processing, by design

Speech recognition and the AI rewrite are built to run on the device, with no account to create and no cloud mode to opt out of.

A custom keyboard, EN/DE/FR at launch

English, German and French ship in the keyboard from day one, so dictation drops straight into whatever you're doing, no copy-paste round trip. More languages are planned once the keyboard is out.
